Impact Drake is a heavy rubber-tipped attacker with four dragon-head contact points, built to end battles in the first few seconds. It hits hard enough to knock out or burst most of the field, but the rubber drains its own spin with every hit, so a battle that goes long is a battle it loses.
Build Impact Drake low and aggressive with a Low Rush bit: its stock 9-60LR is still the most successful build, with 3-60LR and 7-60LR close behind. Launch with a deep tilt so the metal contact points connect rather than the rubber, and go for the knockout or the ratchet burst immediately. Point it at other attack types rather than at stamina blades, because Silver Wolf's free-spin ring and Wizard Rod's defense both blunt its hits and then outlast it. Do not worry about the rubber softening with use, since a worn tip actually lands cleaner metal hits, though it does trade away some of the upper attack and ratchet bursting. In a 3v3 deck it is a first or third slot finisher that either wins fast or not at all.
